Expansys have refused to refund my faulty monitor (the backlight flickers yellow), despite three similarly faulty replacements and almost twelvve months with no decent monitor. They say I'm not entitled, and I have to return to the manufacturer - however, conversations with the government funded consumer rights organisation Consumer Direct tell me in no uncertain terms that Expansys are wrong - which means they're either lying or incompetent. Passing the information onto Expansys just gets me the same old argument, like a broken record - not their responsibility.
I phoned for advice on options available, and they seemed to know the options very well. Once I decided on which coat I wanted, they had the lowest price, so I ordered and it turned up very quickly. Very pleased!
