Could not be happier!

Fantastic service from beginning to end, exceeding expectations all along the way. I cannot speak hihgly enough of Pretavoir, Laura or Sean. I had been searching for a replacement pair of Bugatti spectacles for nearly 6 months and had been given the run around by the French manufacturer, their British agent and the opticians they recommended (outstandingly rude). So to find Pretavoir could suply the spectacles with no fuss and at a good price was a breath of fresh air. When I broke my existing glasses they even put their skates on, expedited the order, and had them with me before 1pm the next day. I'll be using them to repair the spectacles I broke.
