I ordered a 32" Toshiba TV which took 6 days to reach me from stated date of despatch. When I contacted customer service which was not easy because insufficient information was given as to how to negotiate their automated phone service after five days I was advised to contact the delivery agents myself to find what had happened to the goods which was really their responsibity

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that your television took longer than expected. When there is a problem with the delivery we will normally ask the client to call the transport company first. If they are unable to help we will then need to open an investigation which may take up to 5 working days to close.
