First time in Sweden and Denmark, I met someone who really cares about a customer. I purchased an item online and it was delivered very next day. Unfortunately, I found it a bit faulty and called them for the replacement, and next day the new item was delivered at my home. It was really amazing because I had very bad experiences with some other online purchases both in Sweden and Denmark. The only response I got from the people at their customer service seats was, "I dont know". But here at Batterybyen, their representatives spoke very nice and offered the replacement without even asking what was wrong with the first item. They were keenly willing to help me as a customer. Thanks you Batteribyen. :)
I am really disappointed by your poor and unprofessional service. First, your IT people do not know how to put proper data entry form on your webpage so that a long address is not transferred in half to order/delivery form. I put my address correctly on webpage but it was printed half on delivery package and hence I did not receive the package.
Second, people sitting at your Customer Service are totally unaware of what their job requirement actually is. They just know one thing "I do not know anything". They do not know how much time it takes to deliver, or to return, or anything else.
And finally, this is not just a reaction of a frustrated customer. I am MBA and also IT professional, so I know what I am saying and what it should be.
I am happy that I cancelled my order with Elgiganten and in the future would never be a customer of your company and infact will never recommend it to my circle of acquaintance.
I purchased HP Laptop and a Samsung Galaxy S2 from FONA and am really happy with their services. You really did not deserve this money.
