They charged me three times for one parcel!!!

I give one star to this company because I cant write a review with no stars.

Yesterday I did the online process to send a parcel and I received a message saying "your payment could not be processed", I tried again and the same... Finally I paid with another card.

Today I found out that they charged me three times!!!

I can't recommend this company to anyone!...
I used this company for their good prices and I finished paying 75 pounds for just one parcel...
