Ordered bbq in mid April and a few days later received half of it. They do not answer phone and took 1 month to reply to email. They offered to re-deliver but didn't. Emailed again and still no reply after a month. Contacted Consumer Direct who helped me word another email to which they responded saying they would despatch immediately. Still nothing. Sent letter recorded delivery, again with help from Consumer Direct. Finally received refund 3 months after they took money.
