Good in some ways, bad in others

Have bought many things from them and have been happy with the products and prices. They certainly try to please their customers at the time of a sale.

I only wish after sales service was as good. Have had experience of poor service myself regarding faulty goods, and a friend had to wait several weeks for a replacement product after it was faulty on delivery.

Hi Andy,

We try to make the after-sales service as smooth as possible, however sometimes we just have to wait for the manufacturer to send through the replacement or the repaired unit. When we can, we do take a brand new unit out of stock and send that over to speed things up. :)
