Good service

Ordered charger and batteries for Ryobi 1+ tools. Original NiCd batteries have pretty much died. This company had stock, and ok prices - though not cheap!

These lights are brilliant!

Found this company on a Google search for LED strip lights. Browsed the site and found products which seemed to meet my need, but website detail was a bit unclear...(if it had been clearer I'd have given 5 stars in this review). I then contacted them by phone, and had a useful and informative chat with a representative, who helped a lot. I followed up with a couple of email clarifications to help me get my product selection just right. All questions handled constructively and quickly. They even helped me with a priced-up "shopping list" covering my anticipated needs.

When I placed my order (by phone, as there were still a couple of questions I had) it was handled efficiently, and the goods arrived within 48 hours.

I recommend this supplier.

Renewal Price was far lower than the competition

I ALWAYS check insurance renewal prices against the market.

This time, I was pleasantly surprised. Renewal premium was lower than any others I could find, and the single trip limit on this policy was 60 days, compared with 31 days as a typical limit. 60 day single trip policies are available, but tend to double the price asked for cover.

Also, we have declared medical conditions, and there was no charge for re-declaring these conditions, which have not changed since last year.

Never had to claim on the policy, so cannot comment on how well this works. I hope I shall never need to find out.

Good, but nearly dropped the ball!

Have used this service at Southampton Airport before.

Arrival simple and easy, just drive up, park, take the bus (and keep the ticket).

Departure was not so good; ticket in the exit barrier, and the display showed £ 84 to pay. Using the intercom at the barrier took longer than it should have to get an answer (luckily only one person behind me, who was patient). The operator asked "Is this a pre-paid ticket?" to which I replied "Yes". The operator asked "How much is showing on the display?" I told hiim, and he said "OK" and opened the barrier. It would have been better if he had said "Sorry" as well...
