This company is offering v competitive deals on motor insurance & then trying to prise more money out of you by refusing to accept your actual No Claims Bonus information (legitimate certificates going back several years) - stating that you need to provide special letters from previous insurance on letterheaded paper in a v short timeframe as well or they want several £100s extra!
Do not use them as so much time spent it's probably worth paying extra to use another company instead!
On Sat 10 Sept 2011 I was flying from Stanstead to Bratislava (Slovakia), the check in went fine (I was early) but the security was long & protracted - so I didn't stop anywhere to buy any Duty free - going directly to the departure gates as fast as I could go. I heard the warning tannoy message that gates would close in 3 minutes & got to the gates in 2 minutes but the gates had closed early & all staff vanished. Eventually staff from another gate came to see what I was distressed about & told me that nothing would be done - that if I wanted to I could make a complaint & buy a replacement flight ticket. After some discussions I was `permitted' to buy another ticket for a flight some 12 hours later - no apology by either Stanstead security staff or Ryanair - so 1/2 my weekend wasted in the airport & ticket money lost - painful & horrible :0(

I have been a `customer' for numerous years - overcharged on billing, faulty handsets, not fit for purpose price plans, rude customer services - you name it. Will be leaving them after making a v long written complaint to Ofcom. May consider scrapping using a mobile after this too!
Pet Supermarket are on my list of pet needs suppliers - they have a wide range of goods and care about good service and fast delivery. Will definitely use them again.
