Service coverage map showed excellent service all round for all levels of data and calls, Throughout the whole of the WD area I recieve terrible signal, dropped calls, unable to make calls and long periods of no service at all.
Their explanation: apparent low service coverage within my locality combined with a HTC Desire smarthphone is the cause.
Poor customer service, callbacks promised to discuss a resolution, non recieved on a minimum of 3 occasions.
Generally a nightmare to deal with and little regard for their customers needs even when the customer is left with a service that is not fit for Purpose.
I was with o2 for 4 years prior to this experience and whilst there was the odd niggle, they always got back to you, service was great and if they made a mistake they would rectify it.
