I ordered a pair of contact lenses and arrived 1 month later so I cancelled the order. I sent them messages and didn't get any answer. Frustrated I opened a claim with Paypal. The day after I was contacted by their customer "care" and they said their email system didn't delivered any of my emails.

They finally sent me a shipping label for returning the lenses and I did so the day after. Not a word from them for 2 weeks. I escalated the claim to a dispute in Paypal, but because I didn't use a registered post service to send the lenses to Canada, Paypal closed the dispute.

Two days later they finally sent me an email telling they got the lenses back and my refund was supposed to be processed in 5 working days. 15 days later I called them asking about the refund, and they said to call Paypal because they already processed it. I contacted Paypal and they told me Lensway never issued a refund.

Called them again and one of the customer representatives said my refund was issue 2 days ago (18th of October) and was "supposed" to appear on my account today... So far nothing... After 4 months I don't have the lenses nor my money...

Don't be fooled, avoid them and use a serious company.
