Wish I'd read the reviews here before I placed my order. Over £100 spent for two bunches of flowers I could have got for a fiver in the local garage. Utterly appalling. Will never use again and suggest no-one else does. Recipients will not dare say to the sender what a poor gift had been sent. And in my case, it was an urgent delivery for me to give which I had no time to complain about. Either way the purchaser will lose and Interflora doesn't have to give a *****
Communication all very nice with reassurances given. Money taken up front. Chased for delivery day. Eventually, day before, after chasing, chading, chasing, confession that delivery date would not be met. I cancelled the order without a murmur that a door was being made to measure and therefore doubt very much that it was. In fairness money was refunded. Don't know if this is a legit company or not. Photos on contact page are definitely not the company's HQ.
