Checked stock online, placed order, paid for order. Stock then advised as not available as " we hadn't updated our stock on-line". Waste of time.

As you were aware, the stock that you tried to order had a notice, saying that there was limited stock as it was a discontinued tile. Additionally, we did have stock of that particular tile. Unfortunately, not enough to fulfil your order which is why you received an email and a phone call notifying you of this.
You are a competitor and you tried to order the stock from us so you could fulfil your own order as you were out of stock.
Do you not find it a bit harsh that as you are a tile company yourself and you took the original order, then found out that you were out of stock and had to try and source the product from another company. Then after we advised you that we did not have the full quantity of tiles in stock, it is a bit over the top to leave a review to try and push other customers your way.
This review will be reported to the admin of trust pilot, as it is a deliberate attempt of trying to to damage the reviews of our company.
