This company has been launched by the same family behind b4udirect.com, froomoo.com and biddi.com. The Banga family.
So, before you order anything, do a search for the above company names - which one can only imagine they had to ditch because of all the negative reviews about them stealing money, sending no goods and lying. The financial records of their parent company KSB Trading and their directors Ronnie Banga, Ravinder Banga and Kewal Banga makes interesting reading too.
Seriously - do some online research before you risk losing your money and being met with the worst customer service you're ever likely to encounter. You might just come to the conclusion that it's a good idea to buy it elsewhere, pay slightly more, and not risk your money disappearing, followed by months of frustration, complaints to the police, Trading Standards and Action Fraud. My main lesson buying from these crooks - ALWAYS buy with Paypal. If it wasn't for Paypal's arbitration service I have no doubt these thieves would have held onto my £700.
Very pleased with my two pairs of glasses for £80. I have lenses like jam jar bottoms which some opticians have trouble squeezing into frames, so I chose some funky looking 70s retro designs to really put the icing on my dweeb look.
Very pleased.
I had occasion to get in touch with Audioaffair a few times with a few technical questions about a purchase I'd made,as well as a barrage of questions looking for advice on other products. Fantastic service all round from their superbly knowledgeable MD Alex. So much so that any audio equipment I need, Audioaffair will be my first choice. Thank you!
Complete crooks. I ordered a camera for £700, and cancelled the order ten days later when it had still not appeared. It's now a month on, and 'Jeff' who answers the phone tells me a refund was made - which is not the case. No goods, no communication, nor refund. Just opened a dispute through PayPal. I can't believe these crooks are allowed to continue trading.
Froomoo: Just got your reply. You need to check your records. I spoke to Paypal and they told me no refund has been made. I have reported your company to www.actionfraud.org.uk which will passed on to the police in due course.
