This shower will put every obstacle in your way to prevent you ending a 1 month rolling broadband contract. If you e-mail them, they don't answer or cancel the contract. I cancelled my direct debit after allowing them 60 days (not the 30 days, mind you) to action it and they start a hooting and a hollering. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. Their customer service based 2 continents away is appalling and they've hounded me for money they were simply not entitled to.
