Paypal
Expensive but Useful
I find Paypal a useful financial service but as most of my transactions are small,the fees make it inappropriate for serious business volumes.
I have also found that they are very quick to return money to a purchaser without understanding the issue properly, seems like the seller is assumed to be at fault and this makes me wary about using Paypal on and high loss transaction.
It is however a conveniant service and one i have used for many years.

Good Value, fast Delivery, Quality goods
I have purchased from Pharmacy2U quite a few times and always feel that I get a good service turnaround with fair prices. Items are well packaged and never had reason to complain. I certainly have recommended them to friends.

Great Range and prices
I have bought several items from Play.com and always found them to have good prices, fast delivery and no product problems.
BT
Very Expensive but good support
I have been with BT sinve broadband was avaialble. They have supplied a good level of support when things have failed but their level of service is very poor and the response if you complain is basically 'go somewhere else then'. I was not impressed with their customer services although tech support is good.
Maplin
Poor post sales support
I have bought from Maplin for many years and really only stopped about a year ago due to the appalling way in which they dealt with an issue. I bought a product from them which was faulty (had several faulty items in the past), took it back but forgot to remove a £30 SD card from it. Phone a couple of days later to be told it was sent to the head iffice... from ther eon I contacted them by phone and letter over several months but they never found the returned item and gave a could not care less attitude to my issue. The SD contained some irreplacable photos so was a bit dissappoinment to lose it.. I always look el;sewhere first now and would only buy from Maplin if I could not source the product elsewhere.

Great Variety and Products
I have been surprised at the prices and availability of products on Amazon. Have bought many items from the site over the years and always been happy with the results. Often posted items are cheaper than travelling to town to buy them locally.

Quality Product on time at a fair price
Very happy with the order process and delivery times, quality of product too. Saves me a fair amount over local vet fees as my dog is on heart medication for life.. so a regular small saving makes a big long term difference.
