IN JUST UNDER A YEAR THIS COMPANY HAS GONE FROM BRILLIANT TO UNDEPENDABLE.
CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE IS NIL AND THE DELIVERY TIME IS BEYOND A JOKE.
I USED TO RELY ON THIS COMPANY BECAUSE OF THE GREAT SERVICE AND DELIVERY BUT THAT SEEMS TO HAVE GONE ASTRAY AND THEY DO NOT SEEM TO CARE ANY MORE.
I FOR ONE WILL BE USING WWW.THEPROTEINWORKS.COM FROM HERE ON IN BECAUSE IF MY PROTEIN CAN NOT DELIVER AS THEY USED TO THEN MY MONEY GOES ELSEWHERE.
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES YOU TRY.
I WAS ORDERING FROM THEM FOR A LITTLE WHILE UNTIL I FOUND OUT THIS.
ALSO, TO INCLUDE ANOTHER REVIEW THEY USE YODEL WHICH SAYS IT ALL.
YOU ARE BETTER OFF SEEKING SOMEONE ELSE WHAT WITH YODEL AND THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE WE DESERVE BETTER AS CONSUMERS.
I MADE A MISTAKE AND ENTERED THE WRONG LAST DIGIT TO MY PHONE AND THE WRONG PHONE WAS TOPPED UP.
I RANG VODAFONE AND WAS ASSURED THE MONEY WOULD NOT COME OUT OF MY AC.
HOWEVER, THIS WAS NOT THE CASE AND VODAFONE HAPPILY TOOK MY MONEY DESPITE SAYING IT WOULD NOT BE SO I CONTACTED THEN FOR A REFUND.
THERE ANSWER WAS THAT IT WAS MY MISTAKE AND THEY WOULD NOT BE REFUNDING THE MONEY TAKEN BY THEM AS IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THE NUMBER BEFORE APPLYING ANY CREDIT.
AFTER TELLING ME THEY WOULD NOT TAKE ANY MONEY THEY DID JUST THAT AND NOW REFUSE TO REPAY IT.
THEY ARE NO BETTER THAN COMMON CRIMINALS BECAUSE THEY WERE INFORMED OF THE MISTAKE AND SAID THAT THE MONEY WOULD NOT BE TAKEN YET THEY DID ANYWAY.
THEY ARE A BUNCH OF MONEY GRABBING BASTARDS WHO REFUSE TO HELP THE CUSTOMER.
Only been dealing with them for a short while but they have not failed me once.
Provided you order early enough you get your items next day.
They have lots of choices and i am more than happy with this company.
I would recommend them to anyone who likes quality and great service.
I would have given 5 out of 5 but for one reason being that amazon in their wisdom are using YODEL COURIERS so until they stop using this company my purchases will go elsewhere.
When I go on ebay I now check to see how it is being sent and if these cowboys are mentioned I go to another company as I refuse to be messed around by these idiots.
I MADE A PURCHASE ON THE 5th NOVEMBER AND DESPITE CALLS AND EMAILS I GET NO RESPONSE FROM THIS COMPANY HOWEVER, NOW MY DELIVERY SLOT HAS BEEN SORTED OUT ALL IS WELL.
I ORDERED AND DID NOT REALIZE MY ORDER WAS ON A 10 DAY DELIVERY SLOT SO WAS CONFUSED AND GOT IT ALL WRONG.
THE COMPANY HAS THE RIGHT PRICES IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GREAT DEAL AND WOULD RECOMMEND YOU GIVE THEM A GO BECAUSE I COULD NOT FIND A BETTER DEAL MYSELF SO WOULD GIVE MY RECOMMENDATION TO THEM.
This is the first time that I have tried My Protein and the delivery was as promised with DPD.
I will be using them again as not only was the service as one would expect the prices are the best I could find and the product is not distasteful at all so I would recommend using them.
I take back all i said since making the above statement.
2013 - service bad and customer service even worse.
this company has hit an all time low with putting customers first as my first order since 2011 took a week to get to me and despite contacting them no reply was given.
I will never use this company again and now use www.theproteinworks.com who did a speedy service and gave replies to questions so I would recommend changing if you want a better deal.
