Thanks for your comments- could you email customercare@healthspan.co.uk with details of this? Even though most orders are despatched within 24 hours we do ask customers to allow up to 14 days for delivery- we're always keen to find out if an order has taken longer than this to arrive. We do offer a full no-quibble refund if you are not satisfied, so do drop an email to that address and we can sort this out for you.

As most other online providers, we do take payment when you order- apologies if this was not as expected.
