Having placed an online order for local collection at Boots at Hampton we went to collect the item but were not allowed to enter the store due to their tills being down (13:00 on Saturday 23rd June).
Completely rubish service, we had our proof of purchase and all they had to do is walk into their warehouse to get our item and manually update their records once their tills were back up - but oh no that was too much.
AVOID!
Luckily I live right next to this place and they have a fantastic office / store. Loads of helpful staff, shame there isnt enough parking.
I always use Crucial for my RAM needs, great service and when I had an issue they resolved it ASAP.
Their forum is full of negativity, most probably by the competing companies hiding behind fake names slating their competition.
Received a very misleading email from them & have reported to the ASA as a result
Have had many great experiences but they completely screwed up one of my christmas presents when they sent me a watch that had clearly been used and returned (it was scratched and had a flat battery).
Even the delivery driver that collected the item said it was a common complaint that the goods were used - even though advertised as new. (THis was bought direct from amazon and not a reseller)
Very mixed experience with this firm, some drivers have been amazing others have been very poor.
Worst experience was when the driver threw my goods over our 5 foot garden fence and ended up smashing my item.
That said the delivery driver that collected the parcel was great.
Was not happy when I redeemed some clubcard vouchers for their promo offer, they gave 14 days to use the vouchers and then when they werent used wrote off my funds.
Dirty marketing tactics!
I love dell laptops, I have a HP at the moment for work and wish it was a dell.
In the past when I have had problems their support has been excellent
Ive been using ebuyer since the very early days and their site and service has continued to improve. Much prefer this site than the "big retail names"
I have a vodafone mobile for business use, my signal regularily drops, not impressive at all.
My personal mobile provider offers a much better service.
As the marketing manager for a large ecommerce website I am very critical of the companies I deal with, we always try to exceed our customer's expectations and it seems that garden4less have the same approach.
I emailed their CS department with a question and within 10 minutes received a reply. Impressed with that experience I placed my order (at the best price I could find online) using their standard delivery service. This was on Friday afternoon at about 3pm and I was very suprised to receive a text on monday morning saying the goods would be delivered that afternoon. (Technically delivered within 6 working hours of my order being placed).
Very impressed and would use them again without a doubt.
As a loyal customer with 2 t-mobile contracts and 1 PAYG, I wasnt at all impressed to be told that I need to pay £10 for a replacement SIM - especially when new PAYG customers can order two for FREE.
My second bad experience at T-mobile - AVOID if you can!

I ordered a hard disk from PCW on Sunday to fix a family members laptop. Eagerly awaiting its arrival at a bargin £29.99 but then I get an email 5 days after order saying its out of stock and that they will cancel my order or order I can order a more expensive product.
So now its either pay £10 more to PCW or go back to my usual supplier that hasnt failed to deliver.
I never was a fan of PCW and after this experience I wont be using them again and I would adivse others to go to sites like ebuyer.com for their PC needs.
