Purchased a 3.3KvA 32Amp transformer on 17th and paid for NEXT DAY DELVIERY. Despatched on 17th and got Tracking Number (was happy at this point).
Company let down by TNT. Today is 22nd January and still no parcel. We have been freezing in this cold without the transformer I paid for by Next Day delivery to run my heater.
Called customer service at All Tools and they said we cannot do anything as it's not their problem. Is it not their problem that the goods I ordered from them and paid for next day delivery have not been delivered after 4 days?
Please work with a more reliable and reputable courier company and be more customer friendly in your approach.
Do NOT buy their business listing or even list your business on Qype. I received a call from their Sales agents and listed my business on Qype. At that time my qype rating was 4 star with a mix bag of both positive and some negative reviews.
I refused to sign for paid membership (after reading everywhere that Qype is useless) and these scammers removed 7 five star reviews from my business listing within 24 hours bringing down my rating from 4 star to 2 star.
So far I have contacted them 4 times - no answer. I am taking this matter to Court as I cannot entertain this sort of defamation.

Product Name; Zebra Thermal Printer:
Ebuyer Order number: 18702484
This product was faulty. I spoke to ebuyer Customer Service on 27th Nov, 2012 and they issued above RMA number (for replacement) and they booked a return collection from Parcel force (Consignment No : ML3292872). Parcelforce bought a returns label with them and collected the parcel on 3rd December, 2012.
Now the SCAM lies:
23rd December, 2012;
20 days after collection, I contacted ebuyer to confirm when will I receive my replacement and much to my shock they said they don't have my returned parcel. I replied back TWICE that parcelforce collected the parcel on 3rd December and explained the whole situation but rather than investigating the issue, they cancelled my RMA without providing any information whatsoever. WHAT A SCAM YOU ARE RUNNING.
I was charged £224.76 for a faulty printer and now I don't have even a faulty one.
I want my printer back before 4th January, 2013 or I will be contacting Trading Standards and Birmingham County Court and also publishing my experience everywhere on the internet. I will ensure NO ONE ELSE is scammed by you guys again.
I have provided all the information you need.

Update:
The printer was lost in transit by Parcelforce and Nikki refunded me the amount. I am happy with the resolution provided by Nikki and for that reason only, I am changing the feedback.
+ve - Speed of delivery was fantastic
-ve - Quality of paper used in printing as well as the quality of printing itself are not very good.
It's OK if you are booking 1 parcel a day...but if you have a few parcels, you need to book each one individually, pay for one at a time (yes pay 50 times separately if you have 50 parcels)...system can be MUCH improved, probably if there's an option for CSV import!!
