After promptly receiving a faulty phone, ChatandVision's troubleshooting via email was extremely poor - they did not appear to be reading my descriptions of the fault and did not properly engage me.
They defaulted then to either refunding or replacing the unit.
I returned the item at my expense only to find they could not reproduce the fault I experienced.
After sales customer care continues to disappoint.
They have my money, I have no phone, the only other thing I'd give them is a piece of my mind and a written complaint.
