Had my plan for about 5 years although I have managed to get debt free I feel payplan have now got too big to be able to give the service they once did. When I first started there was loads of communication relating to my plan and creditors. Now it is almost impossible to get them to deal in a prompt efficient manner with enquires relating to your plan and creditors. Although you will now get numerous e-mails to tell you about products they want to sell like red potato death insurance. The previous comments regarding late payment to creditors and letters threatening to cancel agreements are all too common now adding to your stress when in fact the very opposite should be happening.
I have been asking for the last 4 months if my plan has been completed and all creditors fully paid leaving me officially debt free with no joy all I get is generic answers " we are reviewing your case" is a common one. It got to the point for my own peace of mind I contacted my creditors myself to pay any outstanding sums owed to end my debt. To this day I still have had no official notice letter e mail to advise me my plan is complete from payplan.
I am not saying you will not get debt free with help form them but from my experience with them recently it will not be the stress free experience it should be. I for one want no further dealings with them and am glad I am debt free even though I had to sort the end of the plan out for myself.
Update now getting text to say I have missed payments and my plan and arrangement is now at risk. ......I rest my case.....

I ordered a fridge freezer to be delivered on the 17/4/12 as this was for my Father in law and he was currently in hospital I arranged for someone to be at his address to take delivery. They were there from early morning only for me to receive a phone call at 9:10 pm to say they could now not deliver as their driver had gone sick by the roadside (Funny some years ago when I ordered from this company I was given the same excuse when the item did not arrive. The agent who called me promised that that they would deliver the fridge freezer between 9:00am and 11:00 on the 18/4/12 without fail. I again arranged for some person to be there to accept delivery who was none to happy after the day before. By 11:00 no delivery and after begging the person to stay the fridge finally arrived at 1pm. If you need an item delivered for sure on a certain date or have to make arrangements then can I suggest you avoid this company at all costs I for one will never ever use them again.

I ordered a bed for my 86 year old Father in law who was in hospital (we had to get rid of his previous bed for reason I will not go into) I chose this company simply for the next day delivery as we were not sure how quickly he would be discharged from Hospital. The bed arrived the next day(Tuesday) and when we went to assemble it found that the side bars had no holes for the slats to fit in. I contacted worldstores and after they contacted their supplier informed me they would try and get replacement parts out by the end of the week I explained the situation and that the end of the week was not good enough as I even if they were was not prepared to have a 86 year old come home with no bed. I also explained that I needed some kind of confirmed timescale as there was no one at his home and I would have to arrange family to be there to accept delivery. After several more calls I was told that they would try and get the parts sent by special delivery for the Thursday this did not happen. They called me on the Friday morning I was told they were out for delivery that day and arranged for someone to be there when by 7:30 that night I had not heard they had been delivered I phoned the depot and they spoke with the driver who said he rang the bell and no one answered and he had left the parts in the lobby (ground floor flat) I know there was someone there lucky after contacting the person waiting they went to the lobby and found the parts there. Customers service each time I contacted them seemed to want to help but in short wanting to and actually doing is two different things considering that as I say a 86 year old frail person could of come out of hospital with no bed then I think the directors of this company should hang their heads in shame.
