Dear sirs,
On Saturday July 18th 2009 I ordered four Individual Deep Cooking / Rosti Rings for the total price of £17.95.
You claimed the money from my building society account on 23rd July 2009.
To date I have not received any goods, under the ‘Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000’ you have 30 days in which to supply my goods.
It has now been 32 days, therefor you are in breach of our contract subject to the ‘Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000’
Send my goods or refund my money.
