Nothing pedestrian about it
I always order shoes from them. Always have your size, always arrive on time. Slight glitch last time, and they were on the phone immediately, and very nice with it too!

Problem well handled
Ordered goods for rapid dispatch- brilliant service. Couriers had damaged them, not Victorian Plumbing's fault. They dealt with it swiftly and brilliantly. Couldn't be happier.

Hard to imagine a better service
The range is impressive ( a few bits of highly specialist kit you only ever need once in a very blue moon which they don't carry). Delivery, impeccable. Very good on the phone if you need advice. Most impressively they follow up with VAT receipts in the post without fail. Very rare.
Must have placed a hundred orders and never had a problem.
