First class customer service - very helpful resolving issues

Bought some low energy candle bulbs from web site based on information shown.

After my initial disappointment with the bulbs supplied, Eleconline provided first class service in trying to resolve my concerns. Received two very helpful phone calls and in the end was provided a full refund.

So easy and so fast

Sent in a Blackberry Bold in pretty poor condition and was delighted to receive £27 which was much more than I expected the phone to be worth. My daughter's phone had a very hard life and getting some money back was so easy and so fast. Great service from Mazuma. Free postage was an added bonus.

Pleased with purchase, but delivery slow.

Ordered a double divan for my daughter at a good price and very pleased with the bed which arrived today. The delivery took just about 5 weeks which was the upper end of the quoted time. Original delivery was cancelled because the truck broke down. Rescheduled delivery was handled courteously and arrived at the specified time. Rather worrying to see so many other negative comments about this company on the feedback site - maybe we were lucky it turned out OK.

I am pleased to hear that you are happy with the bed you ordered. This particular bed is among our express items and the 3 working day delivery service is handled by an external courier directly from our supplier. I have contacted them to find out how the delivery was handled and they have advised that your bed was successfully delivered on the 7th February after you placed the order with us on the 4th February.

They always advise us if there is going to be a delay to items, so that we can pass this on to our customers.

The worst company I have ever dealt with

Almost impossible to get customer service to buy a new Sky box. Only responded when I asked to cancel my subscription. Without doubt the worst customer service I have ever encountered from any organisation. Truly awful!!!!!! They deserve to go bust.

Very easy to get the best value with good service

These were the lowest price tyres I could find that matched the original spec of my Land Rover. Arranging fitting was easy and the service received was fast and efficient. I would use Tyre Shopper again.
