Just what you need, arrives when you need it
Final finishing touches to glass door in a bathroom. Great choice of catches and latches, arrived quickly and kept updated on delivery.

Did not deliver in timescale, didn't cancel when asked
Good price online and said delivery within 3-5 working days. When didn't arrive rang to see if dispatched as I was going on holiday for 2 weeks and dogs needed food and mess for home boarding. Person on phone was unable to say whether dispatched. I asked if not dispatched to cancel order. Next day had an email to say just dispatched. Arrived when on holiday and had to order from viovet who have always been reliable.

Too slow and careless
Have had no positive experiences with this company. Items have been lost, damaged and delayed. I wish amazon and others would stop using them

Good value and guaranteed delivery
First used violet to purchase pancreatic enzyme supplement for my dog as they were cheapest online. Several orders later I found someone slightly cheaper (medicanimals). big mistake! They didn't deliver in the said time frame and dispatched my order when I cancelled it..
So I returned to violet for the usual excellent service. Have recommended them to friends and no complaints! Unbeatable price on Hills Id diet as well

Girls now safe due to speedy dispatch!
Our girls were getting cold and at risk of a visit from Mr Fox when the cord to their automatic door opener snapped. Despite trying to fix it with fishing line their lives remained at risk. I should have ordered the replacement with Wells straight away as it hit the mat within 24 hours! They even helped me with the wiring when the leads came off. Gladys, Peggy and Bess are now sleeping warm and safe thanks to Wells Poultry!
