I thought my Acer Aspire laptop had died. No one seemed to sell the battery or the ac adapter. They came up on Google search and found that they had a telephone number I could call and talk to someone.

They handled my call professionally, and said they will have to call back. After a few minutes the guy called back and gave me the details and prices. He said I can order over the phone or online. I then ordered it online on their site. The guy said if it does not work or if the laptop is dead to give him a call and he will sort out returning the items.

Delivery came next day. I put the battery in and laptop came to life. The original battery had died, thankfully not the laptop. DuracellDirect is a lifesaver. I know where I will be getting my batteries from in the future
