I ordered a NAS box and was told the next working day that the item was discontinued (despite being listed as in stock on their site). I updated and then cancelled the order that same day.
Over a month later, I then received a letter from their solictor demanding payment!! According to them, the box was delivered to my address, but I haven't seen nor heard of it.
I have now been told that legally I have to pay for it, I now I'm £200 out of pocket with nothing to show for it.
