No way to contact these people. Avoid!

What an awful company.

First think I should point out is that the order arrived fine, in good order and pretty quick. So from that point of view 5 stars.

My problems came when I wanted to make an addition to the order, they provide no phone number, no contact email. Everything is from a no reply email address. After an hour of looking I give up. There is no concept of customer service.

So if you have any kind of customer service issue at all, forget it. Their 24/7 help is nothing more than a pathetic static page and no use.

They claim they have removed email address due to spam problems. There are many many ways to provide customer service, if the owners of this store are reading take a look at any other shop and copy their way of doing it.. its better than yours! Contact form with capcha, phone number, ticketing service ..etc...etc

Then there's the spam THEY send, at least one email per day. Quite often two or more. I have had 6 emails in 4 days.

I will not buy from them again, in fact I have already gone elsewhere

I am sorry that we were unable to add the items requested to your order in time. From reviewing your order I can see you placed the order at a time between Christmas and New Year, when we clearly advertised on our website we were not dispatching orders and unable to offer customer service during this time. Your order was shipped at 09:06am on the first working day of January, meaning we had no time to action a request to add items to your order.

We offer an online help service to answer the most frequently asked questions our customes have 24 hours a day and an enquiry service with a quick response time during working hours to allow customers to contact us at all times.

It is unfortunate that we were unable to add the items to your order, but our main aim when returning after a break is to ship all orders as quickly as possible.

Pleased with purchase

I used computer planet to build a new home PC for my parents who live over 200 miles away.

It was nice to have the flexibility of choosing the best spec to meet their budget yet to not have to take a trip home to build the PC or faff around with couriering it back and forth.

For anybody in a similar position to me that often gets bothered to build a pc but doesn't actually want to goto the effort of doing it computer planet is certainly worth a look. Prices certainly seemed competitive at the time of purchase as well
