I donno how i missed the reviews logged in here. But i feel this is the worstever purchase order i would have placed.
I ordered a pair of prescription eyewear for my husband on Jul 12th 2009. I was informed after a week that the frame part is delayed and so would have to wait for 2 weeks. I thought it could be worth the wait, but guess what after all the wait I recieve a empty box. Now I am still running around the sales department not being able to get back my money nor cancel the order until they get the issue resolved with UPS.
First and foremost, if you see the packages that they ship for branded eyewears, it has no safety or handling. Anyone can easily damage the shipment.
Furthermore their customer service SUCKS. The people you need to talk have no etiquette of customer management. For the big bills that they charge, they really dont know what customer face means to them.
All I can say, it is very much fine to pay 10$ more elsewhere rather going through all the pain with dealers like this.
