I was very impressed by the paving store's customer service.. however the paving was supposed to be delivered the next day (which we paid extra for) somehow the delivery wasn't made to them which meant a delay in it getting to us. When the driver called to say it was being delivered on Monday and not Friday he was very dismissive and a kind of 'i dont care' attitude. On the other hand, when speaking to the actual company, they were very communicative and told me exactly what was going on and went out of their way to correct their mistake. (meaning our paving was delivered on the saturday!). So when dealing with the company i was impressed, just not impressed with the delivery time and the driver!
