Failed to make a Saturday delivery and refused to deal with a refund of the premium charge by email. Insisted I phone an 0870 number, the first call taking 10 minutes to be answered without resolution.
I shall never buy from this firm again.
05-Feb-13 Provided order number, as per request below, for the attention of James Bailey, using the company's webnote system to be fobbed off again by someone else, dismissing the information, as that person was "not aware of any Trust Pilot comments" and presumably that person is either uninterested or untrained in terms of what he needed to do.
11-Feb-13 A very helpful intervention by James Bailey and a refund processed. A satisfactory outcome to a frustrating experience and I would still assert that any company has no business using a 0870 premium phone line to inhibit the resolution of shortcomings of thier own making
Anyone who has experienced the buttering up and then sales pitch at American Airports when the "free" car is considerably poorer than it seems, will appreciate the clear operation of this site and better then that is the swift progress through the hire desk and onto the road after a long flught.
