Fast efficient service. Goods arrived quickly. Sadly the goods (electrical hair straighteners) did not work at all.
I have just been informed (in a very friendly manner) that they are unable to replace my item, only to refund me. (This is probably because the goods were on special offer and similar items are now listed on the site at a much higher price).
As I bought the item as a Christmas present for my wife, I have to confess to feeling quite badly let down by Lookfantastic.
If I could offer some advice, it would be to test electrical items, or at least make sure that they switch on, before selling them. If this proves a little too hard, they could, at the very least, offer to replace the non functioning item with an item of similar quality.
I suppose I am asking a lot to expect an ethical customer service policy, but it totally defeats the object of a 'special offer' if the goods are not fit for purpose. Had I known the non-functioning state of the goods on offer, I would have bought them elsewhere.

They have no concept of customer service. They do not provide the service that they charge you for. They do not care. They will sign you up for a minimum term contract. They will take their money one way or another. They will provide no usable telephone or broadband service. You will not be able to contact anybody at Talktalk who can help you and if you do, they will ignore you, lie to you and refuse to accept any responsibility. They are a dreadful company. Never, ever do business with this company. Learn from my mistake. Purchase your service elsewhere.

Excellent service

I was looking for a specific tyre in a specific size. Not only did I find it, but the price was 25% cheaper than anywhere else. I ordered 2 tyres. The communication was excellent throughout. They were shipped from Italy. I was kept informed at every point of the journey and received the tyres 3 days after I ordered them.
