I recently purchased a man's nordic sweater. The on-line sale was dealt with very efficiently. The jumper arrived promptly and was fine, with regard fit, colour, weight etc. However, the 'proof of the pudding' will be in the wearing, as a previous purchase,a cashmere/merino women's V-necked cardigan, from Woolover went through the elbows quicker than I would have expected. (Hence reservations over giving 5-star in rating)
I was also slightly annoyed that immediately after the purchase, I was emailed with an even better offer on the garment I had just bought. This happened on the previous occasion too. I am hardly likely to make a repeat purchase of exactly the same garment, so it is poor sales psychology; it makes the customer feel dissatisfied with the original deal
