Burlesca

When 'sorry' just isn't enough

Orders arrived quickly which is the only positive here! I have had issues with the two orders I placed, all of which I raised with Burlesca. They will apologise but seem unwilling to invest the money/effort it will take to correct things like problems with their PayPal payment system and adding the correct product information (I bought a multi-speed item which in reality wasn't multi-speed). Also neither order came with the free battery yet I was told that they would send me two batteries in my second order. The website is not as clear as it could be, there are typographical errors and they make statements on the website that they do not adhere to (make sure you get your free voucher/offer if you're expecting it as I didn't get what was promised).

Hands up, we made a mistake on this occasion! We love what we do and understand that we are not always perfect, but our team constantly strives for perfection.
We forgot to send the free batteries.
PayPal, which is a world renowned system, did not accept the payment initially, so we worked to fix it.
The information about the product was direct from the manufacturer. We have informed the manufacturer and have updated it on our site.
We can confirm that the voucher was sent.
We hate disappointing our customers, and this hardly ever happens, but if it does we do try to go the extra mile to resolve it.
