I placed an order through amazon, it was sent from Amazon SARL via Hermes-Europe, their parcel tracking is woeful at best, what pray tell does "Hub Sorter Receipt Scan" mean? There are no phone numbers on the website, the expected delivery date came and went, without so much as an e-mail to confirm a delay or a problem. Amazon could only direct me to the courier, who didn't reply to e-mails. Books arrived 2 weeks late, delivered by the rudest most abrasive "customer facing" individual I've ever had to deal with.
I will steer clear of Hermes in the future.

I sold my old iPhone 3Gs though Mazuma, it was a bit beaten up but still working, I sent it off, normal first class mail (proof of posting) two days later I had £112.
The e-mails were clear and concise, the service speedy and convenient.
I'd definitely do it again.
