I have always been more than happy with the service and products supplied by Very and have never received any problems that could not be rectified quickly and efficiently. I was however a little disappointed last week when I ordered my son some new trainers which were £35.00, I took the opportunity to use a £10 discount to reduce the cost of this item and then received within days a special offer text stating 'you might also like' the same trainers with a 50% reduction making them only £17.50 - I have been left feeling a little bit cheated.

Easy, quick and efficient service.
Thank you so much with dealing with my order so quickly and keeping me informed on its progress. I was even more delighted to see that I had also paid slightly less than I had expected due to other orders having been placed in my area. All in all a very efficient way for me recieve my heating fuel
