I placed an order from Achica on 13.11.12 and then received an email from them on 29.11.12 to say that the item had been despatched however still no item received. I contacted Customer Support who then emailed me to say that the parcel was with the courier and I would receive it within the week, that was on 10.12.12 however still No Parcel to date and it is now 20.12.12. This is a totally unacceptable amount of time to wait for a parcel, I have now emailed again (as you cannot speak to anyone personally) and asked for a full refund as I doubt I will ever received my item. Very disapointed to say the least and I wouldn't use them again now. They should NOT be taking people's money if they have no intention of fulfilling their side of the deal!!!
As previously stated by other reviewers, I was a little dubious about ordering from this company due to some poor reviews, however I decided to take the plunge and am so glad I did. The blinds arrived, were easy to fit and look fantastic, I am very pleased with the quality and they look every bit as good as other expensive companies.
I will certainly be ordering some more!
Rated one star as you have to choose an option, but one star is way too generous for Lookfantastic. Absolute nightmare dealing with this company, returned unsuitable items to them and was promised a full refund, items returned, no refund, all my emails were ignored, finally promised a refund if i returned a form which i did, still no refund, still no emails from them. Do not risk using this company, there are many excellent sites online, THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM
