Purchased a phone online, delivered within 2 days, all good so far but credit i bought with phone wouldnt register, o2 did their best to help but problem was with Phones 4 u codes etc. Phones 4 u customer service is just a joke, no answer, on hold for 20 minutes then cut off, twice!

I purchased a living social deal for a dozen long stemmed roses, when I rang Flower Station on the Thursday to arrange delivery I was rudely told to call back next week as they could'nt deliver before Tuesday. I rang on the Monday arranged delivery and they arrived at my Grandmothers nursing home the next day, where the staff took care of them, ensured they were trimmed, had flower food,not too hot, water changed etc. When I visited my Grandmother on the Friday every single flower was dead. Living Social are not interested, stating that it is the merchant who is responsible, and Flower Station were most unhelpful stating as long as they were not dead when they were delivered they see no reason to refund or replace them!
All in all a shambles, very disappointed with the poor customer service and will certainly not be using Living Social or Flower Station again.
