Very poor service don't trust delivery promise.

NO RESPONSE - NO APOLOGY - NO DELIVERY

I ordered a hob from them over three weeks ago which was showing as 'in stock' on their site and it still hasn't arrived so have now had to cancel my order.

When I finally spoke to someone after having several emails ignored, even when I had received the read receipts, I questioned why items show up as 'in stock' on their site when they're not, all they said was that's what happens if you find us through a price comparison site, only by typing their web address in and going directly does it give a true value. No apology or anything. This was my first order with them and certainly the last.
