Good service, terrible hotel.

We booked a park and fly deal. The carpark was good, sensible directions provided and felt secure. Timely bus to the airport. The hotel (Travelodge Glasgow Airport) was horrendous. Very difficult to find from instructions, map was not detailed enough and satnav couldnt find it.
There were only two members of staff working, so they had to cover check in/bar/food. We tried to order food and neither first choice was available, I then chose something else and the accomanyment was not provided (lasagne with dough balls) and no appology given.
No soap in public toilets and not replaced when I told them.
Incredibly uncomfortable bed with terrestrial TV.
I would use the company and car-park again but NEVER that hotel.
