I tried to book a Travelodge stay using My Travelodge but there was a problem with credit card authorisation. I called Central Reservations, who for some reason did something with my account. Travelodge can't fix it, so I can't access my booking history, print out receipts etc.
If you are a business user, don't book this way. It's not reliable and Travelodge will not give you any support if you get problems
Access to the site is easy, service is very prompt and efficient. I also use the Cleaning and Valet service since the job is very good, and the price is very competitive for a full Gold Valet (cheaper than my local shopping centre where the job isn't half as good!)
