Travelodge
Pray for no account problems
I tried to book a Travelodge stay using My Travelodge but there was a problem with credit card authorisation. I called Central Reservations, who for some reason did something with my account. Travelodge can't fix it, so I can't access my booking history, print out receipts etc.
If you are a business user, don't book this way. It's not reliable and Travelodge will not give you any support if you get problems
Amazon
Does what it says on the box - but very well
Items arrive very promply. It's almost always possible to get the best price on Amazon. I once had to have THREE microwaves, since they had been damaged in transit - however the service from Amazon was excellent and prompt

Good Service Great Value
Access to the site is easy, service is very prompt and efficient. I also use the Cleaning and Valet service since the job is very good, and the price is very competitive for a full Gold Valet (cheaper than my local shopping centre where the job isn't half as good!)
