Always Reliable

Over the past few years, I have bought 4 or 5 of my PCs from pcspecialist. They give me plenty of choices and then build exactly what I want/need. There is always a delay whilst the PC is being built and tested, but that's to be expected (at least they TELL you when it's likely to be dispatched, even if that's a couple of weeks away).
I see no reason to shop anywhere else for my computer needs.

Quality Could be Better

Ideal company for quick delivery and cheap prices for screws and fixings, etc. However, I find that any tooling tends to be mainly cheaper brands and consequently "poorer" quality. I need accuracy so have to shop elsewhere for all my tools/blades/cutters. I think it really is a case of you get what you pay for

They Really Care!

Found IronmongeryDirect whilst "Googling" for required hardware. Had to ask their helpline a couple of questions - answers received very quickly. Placed my order and received it the next day. I'm very impressed and will certainly be going back for other ironmongery as and when I need it - Why look anywhere else?!
