Expected me to chase them!
I wanted to take out a contract with them. The credit check they did on me failed. They didn't explain why. I sent an email back asking, why. They called me back and said they're not sure, but it might have had something to do with the fact that I'd just moved, and changes in my bank account and debit card details were in progress. They told me that to resolve that I needed to write a letter to some address that had about 8 lines, and explain my situation to them. I REALLY couldn't be bothered chasing them. I was a potential customer, they should have chased me, instead they just put me off! Never again!
Ebay
Can't fault as a buyer!
Ebay is genius!!! You do come across dodgy sellers, but that's not ebay's fault, and when you've got a complaint they're very good in assisting you to resolve the problem with the seller! Go to ebay!!!
Vodafone
Very good!!!
I am VERY pleased with the company, the customer service, the deals they offer that blow the other provider out of the water! The only thing I'm not entirely happy about is their coverage. I used to think that I'm just unlucky that on my way from home to work it's poor, but recently the more places I go to, the more often I experience people on other networks having 3G, while I have resort to GSM.
Other than that - excellent network!!!
