Despite photos pre parking they would not accept claim for damage!
I took photos of my car at the airport prior to being collected. The car came back very promptly at the end of the holiday but it was covered in snow, I had no means of clearing the snow off the car before leaving. It was freezing cold and dark. The next day when the snow had melted off the car, on removing cases from the car I spotted the damage on the passenger door. They won't entertain my claim. Be very wary, they don't give a receipt or copy of damage they have seen when they take the car and of course once a claim has been made this report can be easily altered!

Really, really nice chocolates. Description of the chocs on the underneath side of the bottom not very practical. Chocolates arrived very promptly, query was dealt with courteously and quickly. Will definitely buy again!
