Do a lovely range of unusual brands. Priced competively. Prompt delivery.
Why 3 stars, well pre-xmas they did an offer for free xmas delivery and when goods were paid for it failed to work.

Don't Bother
My son bought a xmas present for me from this crew!
It was damaged, managed to get it back this week and what a performance, staff would only give refund onto Gift card. Believe me, I didn't hold back, spoke to head office who insisted that they were within rights to do that.
This is not the first time, but will be the last anyone I know will buy me anything from this bunch of ********.

Mixed review
Bought items linking through cashback site. First it rejected my credit card, then refused my debit card, finally refusing 2nd credit card as well.
Emailed Debenhams about this as I had a discount voucher as well which it would not accept and asked them to ring me!!!
Yeah, you guessed right, email back "no problems with our web site or discount codes".

My wife was adament she wanted these items, so tried again without cashback site and paid, yes paid with her NEW Debenhams Account Card. Hmm! funny that!
I told them "as no one appears to be able to read in Debenhams they could keep their Account Card" and subsequently sent it back, someone was meant to be following this up, but not happened yet!
Why mixed review, well generally goods are sent out on time, of good quality (recently though they've appeared to have got cheaper quality) and customer service has been good. Maybe we caught the wrong person on the wrong day and they deleted everything related to my complaint!!

Found to be very helpful. Usually have everything you'll need.
Prices are pretty much on the ball for all items I've purchased in the past. Only had a few minor problems and they have always been resolved to my satisfaction.
No hesitation in recommending them.

yeah, found to be problem with 1 item, tooled-up collected, and replaced no problems. prices generally very good, and you don't have the problems to deal with if items need to be returned/replaced like on some of the auction sites!

Dewalt drill, what more can I say, should last a long time, none of this over-dressed marketing, simple drill with batteries and charger.
