Just Vitamins
A great experience all round
Website easy to use, even for a novice like me, I placed the order by phone as I am not confident ordering thro' websites and it came within 3 days - I've already used you several times and its always been as I've described - I'll use you again and I'd recommend you.

it took several phone calls but it was sorted out
you sent me an email to telling me that a product I regularly order was on special offer (I like this - its good customer service and saves me money). Stupidly I forgot to put the discount code in when I ordered!! I realised my mistake when you emailed my order confirmation and phoned your helpline. Your computers were down so I phoned again the next day. They were still down but the person I spoke to said she would see if I could have a credit note (when the computers came back online) and she would email me. 3 days later, no email so I phoned again. The person I spoke to checked with someone else and said I could have a credit note and sent me an email with a discount code - (great, really pleased). 3 days later when I came to order the code wasnt accepted and I had to phone the helpline again who did something to authorise the code. The order then went through and has since arrived. So, overall a helpful result and generous as it was my error - just what I would expect from a decent company. But, muddled and took several phone calls - would have been great if one call had achieved it.
