We Selected our products in the Harrow branch and went to the till. The cashier packed everything and when we got home we realised that 2 of our items was missing. I called the store and asked if they had 2 of our items at the till and they said yes.The person was ready to just put down the phone without asking for any details i.e when can you come and whats your name???? very basic things to ask! i was not happy and the person on the phone just said call our customer service number will a very dead and dull voice without a care in the world....very poor. The store is great but the people skills are poor. i will not be able to get to the store anytime soon so i will be at a loss due to the member of staff not carrying out a basic job.
