I wrote a long review in June this year relating to an on going problem with a dresser. After my review was posted my husband spoke to the manager of the customer services team. He was apologetic, did not demand photo's, and made sure that we were finally happy with the out come, even though that meant a refund for the dresser and the tv cabinet, because the cabinet matched the dresser which was the faulty item. Looking at recent reviews I would say this company has "sorted its life out". I need a wardrobe for our spare room and intend to have a look on their web site! There can always be problems when you purchase furniture, but it's not if there is a problem, it is what the company does about the problem.
