We holidayed twice with the Cosmos group this year (once with Monarch and once with Cosmos) and both times the holiday was excellent, much better than the price would suggest. We intend to use them again.
A faulty table tray dumped a cup of scalding coffee into my wife's lap, leaving a scar that is still visible over a year later. Virgin offered a £100 voucher as compensation. Disappointing but not altogether unexpected. A shame as otherwise the holiday was excellent.
Only let down once with the wrong label attached to the card for the car park, meaning that we had directions for the bus from LGW North terminal, but were at the South terminal. Easily sorted, and this last time no issues at all, so very pleased with the service.
